To celebrate the beginning of Spring, the Club launched a new Cocktail Menu on Friday March 19. The Club's bartenders, Wayne, Johnie and Tye, along with Andrew Holmes from Gosling's have developed a list of tempting titilations. There's something for everyone. Like the Elderflower Collins: a twist on a classic with Gin, Fresh Lemon, Elderflower Liqueur and Soda. Topped with Rosemary & Lemon. How about the fruitier South Shore? Gosling's Gold Seal Rum with Lemonade & Gingerbeer with a sprig of mint!
